Our university is committed to supporting the mental health and emotional wellbeing of both students and staff by providing accessible and confidential support services on campus.
These initiatives and activities were actively conducted in February 2025 as part of the university’s ongoing commitment to mental health and wellbeing.
A dedicated support system is in place to ensure that individuals can seek help in a safe, respectful, and stigma-free environment. Students and employees have access to counseling and psychological support services, where they can receive professional guidance for managing stress, anxiety, academic pressure, and personal challenges.
The university offers:
-confidential counseling sessions with qualified professionals
-psychological support and guidance for emotional wellbeing
-stress management and resilience-building programs
-Awareness campaigns promoting mental health and wellbeing
-Individual consultations and referrals when specialized care is required
In addition to direct services, the university actively promotes mental health awareness through seminars, workshops, and educational initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and encouraging help-seeking behavior.
A proactive and inclusive approach is adopted to ensure that mental health is recognized as an essential part of overall wellbeing. Both preventive and responsive measures are implemented to support individuals throughout their academic and professional journey.
Where necessary, individuals are referred to external mental health specialists and local healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
Through these initiatives, the university fosters a supportive and caring environment where every member of the community can thrive both academically and personally.
