Karshi State University promotes a holistic ethical organizational culture through an integrated approach that combines formal institutional policies with the active promotion of shared values, cultural identity, and community engagement. The university recognizes that ethical culture extends beyond regulatory frameworks and is strengthened through inclusive social practices and collective experiences. These activities were conducted in March 2025.
In addition to its established governance mechanisms—such as ethical codes, anti-corruption policies, and institutional oversight—the university actively organizes and celebrates national and cultural events, including Navruz and other national holidays. These events serve as important platforms for fostering unity, cultural awareness, and mutual respect among staff and students.
