Health and wellbeing services for locals
On May 14, 2025, another health-focused outreach initiative was carried out by the faculty members of the Medical Faculty in Sardoba MFY, Muborak district. The activity covered 2,773 residents living in 495 households in the area. During the visit, patients receiving treatment at the day-care inpatient unit of the “Guliston” family polyclinic were provided with comprehensive medical examinations. Pregnant women and women of reproductive age received personalized medical advice and guidance. In collaboration with patronage nurses, home visits were conducted to persons with disabilities to assess their health conditions and review their prescribed medications. It was identified that a total of 73 persons with disabilities reside in the community. Patients diagnosed with chronic diseases, particularly arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus, were referred to district and regional medical centers for further treatment. Based on the findings, it was planned to involve allergists and dermatologists in future initiatives to enhance the quality of healthcare services provided to the local population.
