Our institution is committed to strengthening sustainability awareness and responsibility among staff members. As part of this effort, a sustainability staff test will be conducted in May 2025 to evaluate employees’ knowledge and understanding of key sustainability principles.
The test covers essential topics such as environmental protection, climate change, efficient resource management, and the SDGs. It is conducted through structured assessments, including surveys and short evaluations integrated into professional development activities.
This initiative encourages staff to actively engage with sustainability practices in their daily work and supports the integration of sustainable thinking into institutional operations and decision-making processes.
The Sustainability Staff Test is implemented through training sessions, workshops, and internal assessment tools organized by university departments and research centers. Staff participation and performance in these assessments serve as key indicators of their sustainability literacy, awareness, and commitment to promoting sustainable practices within the institution.
