Professional background
From 1983 to 1988, he studied at the Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering. From 1988 to 1995, he worked as Head of the Technical Control Department at the Tashkent Light Metal Structures Plant.
From 1995 to 2013, he served in the National Security Service. From 2013 to 2017, he was Head of Department No. 1 and Deputy Manager at Shurtan Neftgaz UK.
From 2017 to 2023, he led the training center of the Shurtan oil and gas production administration in Guzor district. Since 2023, he has been serving as the head of this department at Karshi State University.

The department was established by Rector's Order No. 171-I dated July 5, 2021, in order to implement Order No. 281 of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 28, 2021.
